




Position Summary: Responsible for dispatching finished products and ensuring accuracy in quantities and destinations, maintaining the loading schedule while supporting safety. Key Highlights: 1. Development in a dynamic environment focused on road safety. **Job Description** ------------------------- Execute dispatch of finished products, ensuring dispatch of specified quantities and products per destination (customers or UNs) and adherence to the loading schedule, while supporting implementation of the national road safety strategy. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Answer telephone calls from internal and external customers. * Receive monetary income: cash, checks, credit/debit card payments, handover to cash collection personnel. * Reconcile shift records for cement and multi-product inflows and outflows. * Document control: scanning delivery notes, sending physical delivery notes to accounts receivable, handling provisional documents, return forms, weighing tickets, etc. * Prepare cement and multi-product reports: daily shipments, inventories, dwell times, production. * Complete railway documentation. * Implement and monitor road safety: express checklists, risk route sheets, driver logbooks. * In the Supervisor’s absence, assign tasks to technical staff and oversee operations. **Job Challenges** -------------------- * Direct interaction with Operators. * Shift reconciliation. * Customer interaction. * Supervision of Operators’ logbooks. **Required Skills and Knowledge** ------------------------------------------ Education: * Industrial Engineering, * Engineering (various disciplines), * Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, * English language proficiency: B1 level or higher. Required Experience: * Experience in Dispatch. * Customer service experience within cement and multi-product dispatch processes. Required Knowledge: * Microsoft Office (Excel: beginner to advanced).
