Release of information according to the established schedules complying with the standards of integrity and reliability, as well as optimization of reports. * Perform administrative activities and operational support processes throughout teamwork in the different phases with knowledge of the project's needs and for internal and external clients and teams and to have relations with other services areas in order to collaborate in accomplish commitments with the expected performance. * Perform activities to guarantee specifics under the Project Administration Agreements; follow efficient coordination with related areas of services completing the established internal processes for its results measurement. * Throughout teamwork perform activities for the follow up of operative functions, through analysis and development of tools and reports related and focused to administrative activities to find improvements, knowledge, or better practices to include in the processes * To participate and coordinate tasks within the internal teamwork aligned with the business objectives and strategies providing support, resources and tools intended to strengthen skills. **Job Challenges** -------------------- * To capture accurate accounting including international standards to accomplish information requirements and to standardize procedures of compared information of different reports * Collaborate with all the team members focused on Internal collaboration and teamwork to ensure the accomplishment of the internal objectives of the area. * Identify and have scheduled activities with a certain date of completion or routines to allow other areas of the project to be operated normally. **Required Skills and Knowledge** ------------------------------------------ Education: * Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and/or Accounting or related field * CPA or CMA * Experience with IFRS preferred * Experience with intercompany preferred Required Experience: * 3\-7 years General Accounting and decision making * Knowledge on the Institutional CEMEX model (Platforms, Policies, Guidelines, and Structure) * Control and management of personnel groups. * Experience with IFRS \& USGAAP accounting standards Required Knowledge: * Advanced English **Relationships** -------------- Internal: * USA GES Director * Directors \& Managers * GES areas * Internal Control and Process Assessment External: * External Auditors * External contractor for outsourcing services * Suppliers **Diversity and Inclusion at CEMEX** ----------------------------------- At CEMEX, we recognize the diversity of the world in which we live and do business.
