Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive mark on the world! **Employee Type** Trust-based **Job Objective** Develop comprehensive proposals and solutions to optimize warehouse logistics operations through data analysis and identification of improvement opportunities in activities, processes, methods, and resource utilization. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Evaluate the operational structure and infrastructure of finished-goods warehouses across the logistics network, identifying gaps and proposing improvements based on data and analysis. * Define warehouse picking rules according to demand and customer profiles, optimizing them to reduce order preparation time and costs. * Propose and manage improvements to the SAP – Warehouse Management (WM/EWM) system configuration, ensuring warehouse logistics processes operate efficiently, standardly, and aligned with operational needs. * Collect and integrate strategic and operational logistics KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) as defined by the area coordination. * Actively participate in group improvement, productivity, and growth projects, contributing analyses and solutions related to logistics processes and operations. Experience 2 years in: * Warehouse management and administration (logistics and distribution) * Data analysis and handling through information interpretation * Planning and implementation of supply chain optimization projects Knowledge * Intermediate Excel (formulas, charts, pivot tables, macros, and dashboards) * ERP systems (SAP preferred) * Executive presentations Education Bachelor's degree **Complementary Profile** Business Intelligence (BI) Willingness to travel Availability of time At Grupo PiSA, we prohibit violence and discrimination, promoting equal opportunity, inclusion, and diversity.
