Positive work environment We are seeking an experienced Conventional Lathe Operator for machining mechanical parts, responsible for manufacturing, repairing, and adjusting components according to engineering drawings and technical specifications. This position is critical in supporting plant maintenance and production. **Responsibilities:** * Operating conventional lathes for part machining * Interpreting mechanical drawings and tolerances * Manufacturing shafts, bushings, threads, and special parts * Adjusting and repairing mechanical components * Selecting cutting tools and machining parameters * Measuring and inspecting parts (vernier calipers, micrometers, etc.) * Assisting with corrective maintenance tasks * Adhering to quality and safety standards **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Machine Tools or equivalent experience * Minimum 2 years of experience as a conventional lathe operator * Knowledge of threading, drilling, and various machining processes * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings * Proficiency with measuring instruments * Basic knowledge of materials (steels, bronzes, aluminum, etc.) * Willingness to work onsite at the plant **Competencies:** * Precision and attention to detail * Responsibility * Proactivity * Teamwork * Problem-solving **We Offer:** * Competitive salary (based on experience) * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Growth opportunities * Positive work environment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $4,500.00 - $5,500.00 per week Work Location: Onsite employment
