Description
We are seeking a dynamic professional with a dual role that integrates solid technical functions aimed at ensuring the correct application of our sanitation programs in food and beverage plants.
Education: Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Pharmacist-Biochemist, Electromechanical Engineer.
**Main Responsibilities**
Weekly planning of customer service visits
Inspection and verification of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Ensuring quality and safety in hygiene processes through inspections, monitoring, and customer training.
Monitoring solution concentration levels for use
Collecting information on sanitation processes within customer facilities
Preparing service reports provided to customers
Maintaining and optimizing chemical dosing equipment with our customers
Participating in the launch of sanitation programs in food plants
Handling and operating laboratory equipment to perform chemical analyses
Preparing standardized solutions and verifying concentrations
Continuously reviewing the proper operation of loaned equipment
Order and cleanliness at chemical dosing stations
Installation, replacement, maintenance, and calibration of loaned dosing equipment or systems
Reviewing chemical storage conditions at customer facilities
Reviewing chemical inventory with the customer
Updating technical information about our chemicals with the customer
Supporting customers during audits
Training customers on GMP, Cleaning and Disinfection, and Safety in Handling Chemicals
Salary: Starting from $12,000.00 per month
