Description
**Job Objective:**
Coordinate and control the assignment of trips, drivers, and vehicles, ensuring fulfillment of services requested by customers and alignment with company objectives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assign drivers and vehicles to orders promptly.
* Ensure complete trip documentation.
* Notify delays and deliver reports timely and accurately.
* Reconcile physical orders against the system.
* Supervise compliance with internal processes (SGC, CTPAT, OEA).
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Administration, Logistics, or International Trade (student or graduate).
* Minimum of **1 year** of experience in dispatch, customer service, or land transportation.
* Proficiency in **Microsoft Office suite** and office equipment.
* Knowledge of local and federal routes, traffic regulations, and driver management.

Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $16,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month
