




Position Summary: ALGEBASA is seeking a Foreign Trade Executive for its fiscal warehouse to manage operations, ensure quality, retain customers, and promote logistics services and tax-related knowledge. Position Objective: Execute operational processes in accordance with the Certified Warehouse Procedures Manual and the Quality Management System (QMS), delivering high-quality service, contributing to customer retention, identifying customer needs, and promoting logistics services and tax-related knowledge. Required Qualifications: * Minimum 1 year of experience handling and following up with customers, preferably in the logistics sector. * Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics Engineering, or related field. * Minimum Age Requirement: Over 23 years old. * Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office is mandatory. * Mandatory experience working in a fiscal warehouse. * Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, goods receipt, inventory audits, control of inbound and outbound shipments, or as an in-house logistics operator. * Must reside in areas near the workplace. DESIRABLE KNOWLEDGE "Customs Law, Fiscal Warehouse, Business English" Your main responsibilities will include: Providing service and follow-up for customers whose goods enter the authorized warehouse. Compiling the commercial file, ensuring it includes customer identification documents (e.g., articles of incorporation, Tax Status Certificate, proof of address, favorable opinion, etc.). Entering required information into the A4 customs declaration, A1 customs declaration, or goods entry invoice. Preparing and submitting the initial inventory preview report to the customer for approval. Certifying domestic or fiscal goods using the certified fiscal warehouse form once the customer approves the initial inventory. Compiling the operational file, ensuring inclusion of entry documents (e.g., A4 customs declaration, A1 customs declaration, invoice, packing list, etc.) and exit documents (e.g., tax payment customs declarations, customer request, expert opinion, permits, notices, etc.).
