Position Objective: Carry out operational processes in accordance with the Certified Warehouse Procedures Manual and the Quality Management System (QMS), delivering high-quality service, contributing to customer retention, identifying customer needs, and promoting logistics services and fiscal knowledge. Required Qualifications: * Minimum one year of experience handling and following up with customers, preferably within the logistics sector. * Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, Logistics Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum Age Requirement: Over 23 years old. * Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office is mandatory. * Prior experience working in a fiscal warehouse is mandatory. * Must reside in areas near the workplace. DESIRABLE KNOWLEDGE "Customs Law, Fiscal Warehouse, Business English" Your main responsibilities will include: Customer service and operational follow-up for clients importing goods into the certified warehouse. Compiling the commercial file, ensuring it includes all required client identification documents (e.g., corporate bylaws, Tax Status Certificate, proof of address, favorable tax opinion, etc.). Entering information specified in customs entry forms A4, A1, or import invoices. Preparing and sending the initial inventory preview report to the client for approval. Certifying domestic or fiscal goods using the official fiscal warehouse certification form, once the client has approved the initial inventory. Compiling the operational file, ensuring inclusion of all import documents (e.g., customs entry forms A4/A1, invoices, packing lists, etc.) and export documents (e.g., tax payment entries, client requests, expert opinions, permits, notifications, etc.).
