We are currently looking for candidates for the position: Import/Export Executive Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, International Trade, or related field * Languages: Upper-intermediate to advanced English * Proficiency in: Upper-intermediate to advanced Excel * Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience—MANDATORY—in customs clearance operations for air, sea, and land imports and exports * Knowledge of: Tariff classification; NOMs; Importers’ Registry; Certificates of Origin; Free Trade Agreements Responsibilities: * Coordinate import and export operations and liaise with customs brokers; manage import operations in the USA * Coordinate accurate tariff classification with customs brokers * Supervise and update compliance and trade compliance controls aligned with internal, external, and SAT audits * Prepare, submit, and comply with reports on DataStage, audits, risks, cost savings, regulatory compliance, and foreign trade efficiency * Update, administer, and perform tariff classification per the Ministry of Economy and foreign trade regulations * Review customs brokers’ expense accounts and calculate foreign trade taxes We offer: * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM * Salary range: $20,000.00–$25,000.00 gross monthly * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements: statutory benefits, food vouchers, major and minor medical expense insurance, free parking, gym discounts, and performance-based bonuses Interested candidates, please apply through this channel by submitting your updated CV.
