Store Infrastructure Analyst

Description

On-site support for the operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure in stores. Assists with server and hardware monitoring, patch application, preventive/corrective maintenance, and incident resolution. Performs rack organization, cabling, and site condition inspections to ensure operational continuity and service availability. **Experience** * 1–2 years of technical support or field/mesa de servicio IT infrastructure experience. * Basic experience in Windows/Linux server administration or support. * Participation in preventive and corrective hardware maintenance activities. * On-site incident resolution experience (stores or branches). * Basic knowledge of server monitoring and alert response. * Support for structured cabling, rack management, and communication equipment. * Desired experience in retail environments or multi-site support. * Availability for travel and on-site work. **Responsibilities** * Assist in applying security patches and updates to store servers. * Monitor hardware alerts (RAID, temperature, power supplies) and escalate incidents. * Execute preventive maintenance activities on IT infrastructure. * Provide on-site support for server and store equipment incidents. * Assist with basic hardening tasks and compliance with security policies. * Perform rack organization, cleaning, and cable management. * Support UPS, PDU, and physical site condition inspections. * Monitor environmental monitoring tools. * Document incidents, changes, and maintenance performed. * Support operational continuity of store servers.
