Position Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen or Pastry Assistant to support the preparation, assembly, decoration, and packaging of bakery products while maintaining order and cleanliness. Teamwork and order tracking We are a bakery company located in the San Pedro Garza García area, seeking a Kitchen or Pastry Assistant. * Education: Completed secondary school / Technical degree in gastronomy or food science (not mandatory) * Skills: Agile, quality- and detail-oriented, responsible and punctual, sense of urgency, ability to work under pressure, effective communication. * Experience in food processing, cooking, pastry making, and baking Responsibilities: * Preparation of doughs, icings, and fillings * Assembly and decoration of cakes, cookies, and desserts * Packaging of finished products * Daily order tracking * Assistance with inventory counts * Maintaining order and cleanliness at workstations * Compliance with ERP system usage Schedule: Tuesday to Sunday, 11:30 pm to 7:30 pm Day off: Monday Statutory Benefits: IMSS Other Benefits: * Discount on brand products * Grocery vouchers * Monthly productivity bonus (starting from the 3rd month) Employment Type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $2,400\.00 \- $2,500\.00 per week Benefits: * Employee discount * Grocery vouchers Education: * Completed secondary school (preferred) Experience: * Cooking and pastry making: 1 year (mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
