If supporting people through technology—and continuously learning along the way—sounds like you, this role may be a great fit. **Helping You Thrive By:** * Offering competitive wages and benefits, that support your life both in and out of work * Providing a flexible hybrid work schedule, meaning we expect the office to be your primary place of work, balanced with choice and control. * Creating continuous learning opportunities to help you grow and upskill. * Fostering a culture of inclusion where employees feel seen, heard and valued — and living it out every day. * Empowering you to make a meaningful impact on people and the planet through your work and Steelcase’s ongoing commitment. **You’ll Support Meaningful Work By:** * Providing frontline technical support to employees and visitors, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues with a customer\-focused and empathetic approach. * Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, peripherals, and end\-user technologies across Windows and macOS environments. * Troubleshooting and resolving incidents across the technology value stream, including operating systems, Office 365 applications, printers, and peripherals. * Managing and documenting incidents, requests, and escalations accurately using ticketing and tracking tools (e.g., ServiceNow). * Collaborating with internal IT teams, vendors, and service providers to resolve complex issues and support escalations. * Supporting device provisioning, imaging, software deployment, and account access while aligning with internal controls and compliance practices. * Continuously learning and staying current on enterprise and consumer technology trends to enhance the end\-user experience. **Minimum Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in a related field. * 2–4 years of experience in an IT support, service desk, or similar customer\-facing technical role. * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal. * Experience supporting Windows 11 and macOS devices, including laptops and peripherals. * Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Microsoft Teams). * Experience working with ticketing systems to document and manage incidents and requests (ServiceNow preferred). * Basic knowledge of Active Directory user and group management. * Basic understanding of networking concepts. **Desired Skills and Experience:** * Experience troubleshooting multi\-factor authentication (MFA) and access\-related issues. * Experience deploying Windows 11 images and software through enterprise deployment tools (e.g., Software Center). * Experience configuring and supporting MacBooks and macOS environments. * Ability to provide both local and remote technical support. * Familiarity with agile or workflow frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban. * Strong problem\-solving mindset with the ability to propose practical, results\-driven solutions. * Experience supporting or troubleshooting printers and shared devices. * Basic understanding of architectural or design\-related software environments. **Doing better for people and planet** Steelcase is a global design and thought leader in the world of work.
