





We are a company dedicated to the sale of auto, truck, and motorcycle parts. **Position Description:** A company in the automotive parts sector is looking for an Administrative Assistant responsible for supporting administrative and financial processes, ensuring proper control of documentation, payments, collections, and accounting records. **Responsibilities:** * Management of electronic invoicing (CFDI): issuance, review, and archiving * Preparation and follow-up of credit notes * Bank reconciliations and transaction reviews * Control of accounts receivable and accounts payable * Customer and supplier support on administrative matters * Recording and management of accounting documentation * General support to the administrative department **Requirements:** * Completed high school or technical/administrative career (preferably Bachelor's in Accounting or related field) * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles * Experience with electronic invoicing and SAT portals * Knowledge of credit notes and bank reconciliations * Proficiency in Excel and administrative systems * Collaborative attitude, organization, task follow-up, and sense of responsibility. **We Offer:** * Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM * Saturdays only if essential * Initially 100% remote work with scheduled administrative meetings for performance reviews.
