




Position Summary: We are seeking an Invoicing Assistant to manage the issuance, validation, and follow-up of tax receipts, as well as provide administrative support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of invoicing and tax receipts (CFDI) 2. Coordination with accounting and collections departments, customer service 3. Administrative support and document control **Job Functions – Invoicing:** * Issuance of invoices according to services/projects delivered * Validation of customers’ tax information (RFC, CFDI usage, tax regime, etc.) * Generation and delivery of tax receipts (CFDI) * Preparation of payment complements * Follow-up on outstanding invoices * Customer service for clarifications and corrections related to invoicing * Fiscal documentation control and archiving * Coordination with accounting and collections departments * Review of income versus issued invoices * Preparation of account statements * Administrative support **Job Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting or related field (completed or incomplete) * Minimum 1 year of experience in invoicing (CFDI 4\.0\) * Knowledge of invoicing portals and SAT * Proficiency in Excel (basic to intermediate) * Familiarity with payment complements * Organizational and document control skills * Attention to detail and sense of urgency * Strong communication skills for customer interaction * Familiarity with invoicing software is desirable Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $2,800\.00 per week Benefits: * Salary increases * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company phone Work Location: On-site employment
