Client: Our client is a leading company in the airline industry in Latin America, committed to innovation and delivering seamless customer experiences through cutting\-edge digital platforms. * Position overview: We’re looking for a Junior Data Engineer to join the Advanced Analytics team. In this role, you will support the design and implementation of data pipelines that power our data products, working closely with senior Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and ML Engineers. This includes assisting with data ingestion from various sources, helping maintain the Data Lake, and learning best practices for building production\-quality pipelines in a cloud\-first environment. * The ideal candidate is eager to learn, collaborative, and motivated to grow as a Data Engineer. * Responsibilities: Support the development and maintenance of data pipelines (batch and streaming) * Assist in ingesting and preparing data for the Data Lake * Collaborate with senior engineers to ensure data quality and reliability * Help maintain ETL/ELT processes and unified data models * Participate in testing and troubleshooting data workflows * Learn and apply best practices in cloud, MLOps, and CI/CD environments * 6\+ months of experience in data engineering, software development, or internships/projects in related areas * Basic knowledge of Python and SQL * Familiarity with UNIX environments * Interest in working with cloud technologies (experience with GCP, BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, or similar tools is a plus) * Basic understanding of data structures and workflows * Strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast\-paced, collaborative environment * Fluency in written and spoken Spanish
