Job Summary: We are seeking an Apple Support Technician passionate about service and problem resolution for diagnosing, repairing, and following up on Apple services. Key Highlights: 1. Compensation Structure Base Monthly Salary: $11,000 MXN (gross), with short-term growth potential. Face-to-Face Bonus: $2,500 MXN monthly. Food Vouchers: $350 MXN monthly. Schedule availability: Rotating shifts from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, with one weekday off. Key Responsibilities Providing Apple user support. Diagnosing, repairing, and following up on services. Promoting additional services (AppleCare, maintenance plans). Meeting quality metrics and response time targets.
