Job Summary: We are seeking an Asset Analyst to control, administer, and optimize assets by managing inventories, tracking equipment, and improving processes within a Mexican technology company. Generates reports and metrics for decision-making At Microformas, we are a Mexican company with 50 years of experience in technology services; we are looking for an Asset Analyst. Job Objective: -Ensure asset control, administration, and optimization through proper inventory management, equipment tracking, and continuous process improvement. Main Responsibilities: -Supervise and manage inventories across all nodes nationwide. -Conduct searches and track missing equipment. -Maintain up-to-date inventory statuses in the client's tool. -Provide training to technicians on asset-related topics, as required. -Provide nationwide technical support for asset management. -Generate reports and metrics for decision-making. Requirements: -High school diploma -Experience in inventory control or asset management. -Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced) -Knowledge of technical support, computing, and IT.
