Job Description: A leading company in the mass housing construction sector is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team on projects located in the Apodaca, Juarez, and Guadalupe areas. You will be directly responsible for the secure storage, control, and efficient supply of materials to ensure uninterrupted project progress. **Objective:** Control the flow of construction and finishing materials to meet macro-development workfront deadlines, ensuring zero inventory loss and precise delivery per housing unit. **Your Key On-Site Responsibilities:** * **Lot-Based Management:** Coordinate material deliveries (steel, cement, piping, tiles, faucets) assigned specifically by block and house number. * **Petty Theft Control:** Implement strict controls to prevent petty theft and on-site material waste. * **Contractor Supply:** Verify and record the delivery of supplies to various crews (masonry, plumbing, electrical). * **Yard Logistics:** Organize strategic placement of heavy materials to facilitate continuous truck and hopper loading/unloading. * **Cyclical Inventories:** Conduct weekly audits of critical stock to avoid production line stoppages. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in warehouse operations. * **Software:** Proficiency in specialized ERP systems (e.g., **Enkontrol**, SAP, or Neodata) and advanced Excel. * **Physical Capability:** Forklift operation (preferred) and willingness to work on-site (this role is strictly field-based). * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Statutory benefits and food vouchers.
