This position is critical to ensuring flawless brand execution both in-office and in the field. **Key Responsibilities:** * Operational and Legal Management: Representing the brand by attending high-profile client contract signings. * Administration and Control: Overseeing financial flows, calculating commissions, and reporting administrative results. * Digital Management: Managing and updating processes in Notion, CRM, and internal company systems. * Leadership Liaison: Coordinating logistics and operations for business unit expansion and special projects. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Academic Background: Preference for Law graduates (or candidates nearing graduation), Business Administration, International Business, or related fields with strong analytical ability. * Image and Presence: Excellent executive appearance suited to the luxury sector (Mandatory). * Mobility: Personal vehicle and valid driver’s license for operational travel (Mandatory). * Digital Skills: Proficiency in management tools (Notion, CRMs, Google Drive) and basic Excel skills. * Competencies: Strong problem-solving ability, adaptability to variable schedules, and excellent assertive communication. **Company Offer:** * Compensation: Base salary of $15,000–$18,000 monthly + performance- and availability-based bonus scheme. * Estimated Total Income: Average of $22,000 per month. * Work Modality: Dynamic arrangement combining office-based work and external activities as required by operations. * Growth Opportunity: Career path toward National Franchise Coordination.
