Managing the department’s overall budget, ensuring cost optimization and business profitability. Establishing and monitoring achievement of financial, technical, and service objectives. Proposing investment and strategic procurement projects to senior management, as well as approving budgets for spare parts, services, tools, and consumables purchases. Establishing departmental performance indicators and making data-driven decisions. Overseeing maintenance management, warehouse operations, logistics, information systems, and administrative processes within the department. Promoting continuous improvement and operational innovation. · **Software Proficiency** Proficiency in logistics and construction fleet tracking software (SAP, ERP, GPS). * **Knowledge:** Technical knowledge of construction, mining, or industrial machinery.
