If you have experience selling software or intangible services and are motivated by generating income through commissions, this opportunity is for you. You will market an integrated platform that helps restaurants optimize their operations, including: * Point of sale * Inventory and shrinkage control * Order management * Sales reporting and analytics * Customer management You will work under a **consultative sales model**, identifying client needs and offering tailored solutions. **What will you do in this role?** * Prospect new clients (restaurants and B2B/B2C distributors). * Present and demonstrate the platform to potential clients. * Identify business needs and generate commercial opportunities. * Follow up on leads and pipeline using CRM. * Develop and maintain business relationships. * Achieve sales targets and generate commission-based income. * Prepare activity and commercial progress reports. **Candidate Profile** * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in consultative sales or selling intangible services (software or technology preferred). * Experience in prospecting and portfolio development. * Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. * Results-oriented mindset and commercial acumen. **What We Offer** * Base salary up to $18,900 gross (100% payroll with IMSS registration). * **Uncapped commissions (high income potential)**. * Statutory benefits. * Corporate discounts. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Location: San Pedro Garza García Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $18,900.00 per month Workplace: On-site
