




**Description** At Colectivo Tomate, we believe in the power of art and collaboration to transform communities. We are looking for a creative, sensitive, and visually communication-driven individual to join our next socio-artistic project as a Documentalist, which will take place in the metropolitan area of Monterrey, Nuevo León, starting mid-November 2025. **Position Objective** To accompany, document, and communicate the project's process through photography, video, and audiovisual content that reflect the stories, workshops, and experiences of participating communities, contributing to strengthening the project's narrative across various communication channels. **Main Responsibilities** Document the mural painting process and community activities (workshops, gatherings, meetings, interviews). Record and narrate community stories, traditions, and testimonials to integrate into audiovisual and narrative materials. Capture photography and video with a documentary focus, highlighting the human and collective aspects of the project. Create and edit audiovisual content for social media and institutional materials (reels, capsules, posts, short videos). Coordinate backup, classification, and delivery of photographic and audiovisual material. Collaborate with the communications team on content planning and visual strategies. Actively participate on-site alongside the project’s operational and artistic team. **Profile/Requirements** Requirements Residence in Monterrey, Nuevo León (mandatory). Bachelor's degree in Communication, Cinematography, Visual Arts, or related fields. Minimum of 1 year of experience in cultural, social, or community projects. Knowledge and ability to operate cameras, sound equipment, and preferably drones. Proficiency in video and photo editing software (Premiere, DaVinci, Final Cut, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalents). Familiarity with Google collaborative tools (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.). Understanding of cinematic language, documentary storytelling, visual composition, and lighting techniques.
