We Are Looking For: **PURCHASING ASSISTANT** We are growing and seeking top talent! **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Diploma and Professional License required to begin the process) * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, International Business, or related field. **MINIMUM REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (1 year)** Responsible for identifying and contacting suppliers for branch maintenance and procurement, as well as inventory control; merchandise importation and follow-up for receipt. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ordering supplies * Branch maintenance * Supplier scheduling * Receiving invoices and processing supplier payments * Merchandise importation and documentation * Liaising with customs brokers * Inventory control of received merchandise * Updating information in internal systems * Sharing internal merchandise information * Negotiating with service and product suppliers to establish commercial agreements, payment terms, credit conditions, delivery timelines, etc. * Scheduling supplier payments * Receiving and reviewing supplier invoices * Submitting monthly reports, inventories, price tags, and system entries * Maximizing company resources **SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES:** Proactivity Responsibility Honesty Adaptability to change Creativity **WE OFFER:** Base Salary: $12,000 MXN (gross) Statutory Benefits **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM Rotating Saturdays (every other Saturday), 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM **WORK LOCATION:** Washington Street 1400, Centro, Monterrey, Nuevo León 64000 Position Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $12,000.00 MXN per month Workplace: On-site employment
