This position focuses on developing digital solutions oriented toward data analytics, software reliability, and technological innovation projects—ensuring the proper implementation of applications, dashboards, and Artificial Intelligence-based tools that support business decision-making. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop digital solutions for stakeholders using Power Apps and Power BI dashboards * Support initiatives focused on building software reliability capabilities * Participate in UI/UX interface design and improvement projects oriented toward user experience * Collaborate in the development and support of Artificial Intelligence projects applied to Data Analytics * Assist in data collection, analysis, and interpretation to generate actionable insights * Document project technical developments, processes, and deliverables * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure correct implementation and adoption of digital solutions **Requirements** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technologies, Data Science, Software Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field * Approximately 1 year of experience (professional internships or relevant academic projects are considered) * Basic knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps and Power BI) * Interest or foundational knowledge in Data Analytics, Automation, or Artificial Intelligence * Basic understanding of UX/UI design and user-centered experience principles * English proficiency (B2 \- C1\) * Proactivity, analytical thinking, and communication skills **Benefits** Competitive base salary Comprehensive medical insurance (including dental and vision) 15-day year-end bonus 25% vacation premium 12 vacation days from the first year Social security (IMSS) Bi-weekly food vouchers
