Activities: * Inspect the quality of the produced tube (length, seam, cut, marks, scratches, and straightness) during the periods marked by quality control. * Classify and separate products that meet quality specifications from those that do not. * Package tubes according to packaging specifications. * Move tubes from the worktable to finished product packing bases. * Perform assigned preventive maintenance tasks. * Accurately record data in the scrap and secondary report. * Assist in roller changes, disc changes, jaw changes, and support in forming and calibration. * Move finished and labeled packages using a crane to the finished product area. * Record daily production (number of bales, labels, weight, and measurement). * Remove packaging materials (take material to container). * Remove de-scaling rolls. * Assemble the mandrel for tape winding. * Mount rolls. * Move tapes.
