Job Summary: Support the assigned management to reduce operational and administrative burdens, facilitating the execution of executive tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities: * Support the assigned management to reduce operational and administrative burdens that hinder the normal and continuous execution of executive tasks performed by the Director. * Assist with confirming, canceling, and modifying courses. * Track incoming calls from other departments and deliver messages. * Maintain and update the vacation tracking folder for personnel within the Subdivision. * Assist with tracking leave requests, overtime hours, medical leaves, etc. Requirements: * Technical or professional degree or Bachelor’s degree \*\*Under no circumstances do we request pregnancy or HIV tests\*\* \*\*Scotiabank is an inclusive employer that respects diversity and does not engage in any form of discrimination\*\* Scotiabank is a leading bank in the Americas.
