**Profile Description:** Technician specialized in the **installation, preventive and corrective maintenance**, as well as the **repair of industrial access and loading systems**, such as loading docks, levelers, and automatic doors. Possesses knowledge in **mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, and automation**, focused on efficiently troubleshooting issues and complying with industrial safety standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Installation and alignment of **loading and unloading docks**. * Maintenance and repair of **hydraulic and mechanical leveler ramps**. * Assembly, adjustment, and maintenance of **automatic industrial doors**, including: * Roll-up doors * Sliding doors * Sectional doors * Diagnosis of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults in automated systems. * Inspection of **electrical panels**, sensors, actuators, and remote controls. * Implementation of **preventive maintenance routines** based on manufacturer manuals. * Proper use and handling of **hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments**. * Reading and interpreting technical drawings and electrical diagrams. * Strict compliance with **industrial safety regulations and protocols for working at heights and in confined spaces**. **Technical Knowledge:** * General and electromechanical mechanics. * Hydraulic and pneumatic systems. * Basic automation (PLC, proximity sensors, limit switches). * Industrial electricity (low voltage). * Basic welding (optional depending on company). * Industrial safety regulations and risk prevention. **Desired Education:** * Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Courses in **maintenance of levelers and automatic doors** (desirable). * Certifications in safe work at heights or in confined spaces (depending on country/company). **Experience:** * Minimum of **2 to 3 years** of experience in similar roles (depending on level). * Experience in industrial, logistics, or transportation environments. **We offer a weekly salary of 4,000 to 5,500 free of taxes** Job type: Fixed-term or project-based Salary: $20,000.00 \- $24,000.00 per month Work location: On-site
