Achieve extraordinary things when you join our team and make a difference in your professional development, the community, and around the world!** **Position Mission:** Printing and decorating of the container. **Responsibilities:** * Comply with and enforce Ball's safety policies by following operational and product safety procedures. * Monitor the application of enamel, ink, and lacquers to ensure container quality. * Process with maximum similarity to the required standard to avoid deviation from specification limits. * Control furnace temperatures in enameling, lithography, and lacquering units to ensure proper coating curing. * Complete process control records. * Assist in replacing mechanical components during diameter or length changes. * Perform internal and external cleaning of the machine and components to maintain order and cleanliness standards. * Segregate defective material to prevent impact on subsequent processes. * Support training for newly hired personnel. * Participate in continuous improvement programs. * Perform all activities assigned by immediate supervisor to ensure production process continuity. **Competency:** * Education: High school diploma, preferably completed. * Experience: 2 years in a similar position related to color and ink handling, printing. **Specific job competencies:** * Responsibility * Proactive * Teamwork * Availability * Sense of belonging * Ability to work under pressure * Desire for self-improvement * Flexography * Offset Graphic Printing * Pantone Color Matching **Minimum required training:** * Safety Induction * Ball Induction * Product Knowledge * Defect Catalog * BRC/GMP * Process Knowledge * Hazardous Waste Handling **Ball Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
