




Job Summary: Responsible for the inspection, packaging, and quality assurance of finished containers, following safety regulations and promoting continuous improvement. Key Points: 1. Ensures container quality through rigorous inspection and packaging 2. Complies with and implements safety policies and operational procedures 3. Participates in continuous improvement programs and training **Job Mission:** Inspection and packaging of finished containers. **Responsibilities:** * Comply with and enforce Ball’s safety policies, adhering to operational safety procedures. * Release product startup with quality standards to ensure smooth production initiation. * Guarantee container quality in attributes, shoulder, and curl by inspecting each nest. * Package containers using a packing table and strapping machine. * Operate the strapping machine and replace strapping material to ensure uninterrupted process flow. * Maintain order and cleanliness of machines and production lines to uphold housekeeping and cleanliness standards. * Notify upstream process operators of visible defects for correction. * Segregate non-conforming material for review. * Review non-conforming material for release and palletizing. * Clean the interior of the strapping machine to ensure proper machine operation. * Print labels for pallet identification via the JD Edwards system. * Evaluate strapping quality to prevent loose nests or deformed containers. * Support training for newly hired personnel. * Participate in continuous improvement programs. * Attend company training/enterprise programs. * Review selection and rework. * Perform all other activities assigned by the immediate supervisor to ensure production process continuity. **Competency:** * Education: Secondary school * Experience: 2 years in the industry.
