




We are looking for a **Receptionist** who is proactive, organized, and provides excellent patient care. The selected candidate will be the first impression for clients, so we value a **professional, empathetic attitude with strong communication skills**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Welcoming and attending to patients with kindness and professionalism. * Managing schedules, appointments, and patient records. * Assisting with billing, invoicing, and inventory. * Using digital tools (software, WhatsApp, etc.). * Coordinating with the team to ensure a high-quality patient experience. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in reception or customer service (preferably in clinics or healthcare/aesthetic services). * Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Professional appearance, responsibility, and discretion. * Ability to multitask and a proactive attitude. **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday from 9:45 am to 8:00 pm (with two hours lunch break from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm) * Saturdays from 9:45 am to 2:00 pm **We Offer:** * Monthly base salary of $10,000 plus commissions * Excellent work environment in a prestigious clinic. * Professional development in the aesthetics and anti-aging sector. * Competitive salary based on experience.
