Excellent work environment. **CNC PROGRAMMING ENGINEER** **Job Objective** Develop, optimize, and manage CNC programs for precision part manufacturing, ensuring compliance with quality, productivity, and safety standards. Provide technical support to the machining department and train operational staff in CNC programming and processes. **Requirements** Education Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a technical degree in Machine Tools. Validated degree, diploma, or certificate. Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC programming. Experience with machining centers and CNC lathes with 3, 4, and/or 5 axes. Experience in metalworking manufacturing or precision machining. Technical Knowledge Advanced CNC programming. Proficiency in Mastercam, SolidWorks CAM, Catia V5, and/or Fusion 360\. Interpretation of mechanical drawings. Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD\&T). Selection of cutting tools and machining parameters. CNC turning and milling processes. Design and application of fixtures, chucks, and workholding devices. CNC program adjustments and optimization. Knowledge of continuous improvement, 5S, and lean manufacturing. Ability to train and provide technical leadership. Attention to detail. **Responsibilities and Functions** Generate, validate, and manage CNC programs for new products. Optimize existing programs to improve cycle times and quality. Prepare process sheets, instructions, and technical documentation. Conduct first-piece verification and validation at the machine. Define workholding methods and cutting tools. Provide technical support to production and CNC operators. Train staff in programming, setup, and best machining practices. Maintain control and backup of CNC programs. Adjust programs according to quality standards and customer requirements. Participate in continuous improvement, safety, and productivity initiatives. Coordinate engineering changes related to CNC processes. Support failure analysis and corrective actions. **Desirable** Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 processes\.
