At **Ferretera Industrial del Norte**, we are seeking a strategic and strong-leadership-oriented **MRO Warehouse Manager**, responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our in-house warehouse, aligned with business objectives and customer/plant requirements. **Job Objective** To lead and optimize comprehensive warehouse management, ensuring timely material supply, efficient inventory control, and proper management of human and financial resources—while guaranteeing compliance with quality, safety, and operational efficiency standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the full warehouse operation (receiving, storage, picking, and material delivery). * Design and implement inventory control and optimization strategies. * Plan material procurement in coordination with plant, purchasing, and key departments. * Supervise and develop the warehouse’s operational and administrative team. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety, and hygiene regulations. * Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) and generate executive reports. * Manage local purchases, petty cash, corporate credit card, and consumption invoicing. * Maintain strategic communication with customers and internal departments to ensure service level. * Identify continuous improvement opportunities in processes and costs. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum of **3–5 years** of leadership experience in warehouse or in-house operations. * Experience in inventory management, ERP systems (SAP or others), and administrative control. * Personnel management experience and coordination of multidisciplinary teams. **Key Competencies** * Managerial leadership and decision-making * Strategic planning and results orientation * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills * Executive communication and customer orientation * Organization, sense of urgency, and proactivity **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * 13% savings fund * 15% food vouchers * Company vehicle * Job stability and professional development Interested candidates may apply through this channel.
