Job Functions and Responsibilities: \- Monitor and ensure follow-up on the daily shipping plan to guarantee compliance with unloading time windows. \- Update and notify the client regarding the status of critical containers to maintain communication that optimizes the logistics process. \- Address and follow up on client requests and complaints related to operations to improve service quality and ensure client satisfaction.
