Job Summary: We are seeking a Monitoring Booth Operator to provide customer service via telephone and enter information into a PC. Key Highlights: 1. Paid training 2. Excellent team environment 3. Availability to rotate shifts **MONITORING BOOTH OPERATOR (ALARMS)** **WE OFFER:** * Salary: $10,500.00 per month, less taxes * Statutory benefits * Additional $1,426.48 per month in food vouchers * Paid training * Excellent team environment **SCHEDULE:** Availability to rotate among 3 shifts: 07:00 AM–2:00 PM, 2:00 PM–9:00 PM, and 9:00 PM–7:00 AM. Initial temporary shift for training: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM. **REQUIREMENTS:** **AGE:** 20–48 years old **GENDER:** Unrestricted **EDUCATION:** Minimum of junior high school diploma **INCLUSION:** Mobility impairment (must have upper-limb mobility, speech ability, and hearing ability) **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Customer service via telephone * Receiving and entering information into a PC. **SKILLS:** * Customer service * Data entry into a PC.
