Job Summary: We are seeking a Monitor to supervise and organize employees' daily activities, ensuring efficiency and achievement of objectives in freight operations. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise and organize employee activities in daily operations. 2. Lead personnel in vehicle loading, unloading, and maintenance. 3. Ensure smooth communication and resolve issues. We are looking for a Monitor to work at Fletes Frias. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise and organize employees' activities in daily operations. You must ensure that all processes are carried out efficiently and that company objectives are met. We need someone with team management experience and leadership skills to direct our staff in cargo loading and unloading, as well as vehicle maintenance. You will serve as the liaison between workers and management, ensuring smooth communication and resolving any issues that arise during the day. A proactive attitude and commitment to service excellence are required. You must possess the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes in the work environment. Prior experience in similar roles is a plus, though not mandatory. This is an on-site position requiring availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
