**Position Objective** Be responsible for the comprehensive management of company income, expenses, and finances, ensuring proper accounting, banking, and administrative handling of housing projects. The objective is to facilitate decision-making by senior management through clear reporting, orderly administration, and precise financial control. **Main Responsibilities** **Finance and Accounting** * Prepare and present periodic financial reports to management (cash flow, income statements, etc.). * Control and reconciliation of bank accounts. * Supervision and tracking of income from home sales and property registrations. * Control and management of expenses, supplier payments, and payroll. * Preparation of financial documentation for banks or credit institutions (e.g., construction progress reports). * Coordination with external accountants for tax filings and financial closing. **Project Administration** * Record and manage payments and income in the **NEODATA** system. * Administrative control of construction progress versus projected income. * Coordinate with construction teams to verify physical and financial progress. * Electronic invoicing and its correct application in systems. * Document control and administrative archiving. **Technology and Systems** * Data entry and management in administrative and financial systems (especially NEODATA). * Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, financial formulas, reconciliations, etc.). * Ability to analyze and digitize processes. **Required Knowledge** * General and financial accounting * Business administration * Bank account management and reconciliations * **NEODATA** system (preferably with prior experience) * SAT electronic invoicing * Knowledge of the **real estate / housing** sector (highly desirable) * Proficiency with administrative technological tools (CRM, ERP, advanced Excel) **Key Skills and Competencies** * Organization and follow-up on multiple tasks * Ability to analyze and present financial information * Responsibility and discretion with sensitive information * Proactivity in problem-solving * Clear and effective communication with management and other teams * Attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping * Results-oriented with timely execution **Education** * Completed university degree in **Accounting, Finance, Business Administration**, or related fields * *(Desirable)* Specialization or diploma in Finance or Project Management * *(Desirable)* Technical knowledge or experience in the real estate sector **Minimum Required Experience** * **3 to 5 years** in similar roles involving financial administration, accounting, or administrative coordination. * Experience in construction companies, real estate developers, accounting firms, or financial institutions will be highly valued. **Availability** * **Full-time** * On-site with high availability * Ability to respond quickly to management requests Job type: Full-time Work location: On-site
