Job Summary: We are seeking a Cook to prepare high-quality dishes, follow recipes and standards, operate kitchen equipment, and ensure proper dish presentation. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on quality control and dish presentation **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and produce high-quality dishes in the hot kitchen area. * Follow recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines. * Efficiently manage and develop kitchen staff. * Control the quality of menu dish presentation. **Requirements:** **Education: Culinary student or related field (preferred).** **Work experience: Minimum 2 years in kitchens** Intermediate to advanced culinary knowledge. * Hygienic food handling * Manual dexterity * Attention to detail * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure * Variable schedule of 9 hours daily from Tuesday to Saturday (between 12:00 PM and 1:00 AM), Sundays (1:00 PM to 8:00 PM), with Monday off **Working Conditions:** * Variable schedule, including nights and weekends. * Hot and busy kitchen environment. * Constant interaction with other kitchen team members.
