Our company is experiencing rapid growth and seeking a strategic partner for logistics operations in the urban and metropolitan area of San Luis Potosí. We are not looking for someone who simply drives — we seek a professional driver who treats details and vehicles as if they were their own. What do we offer? Base Salary: $10,000 net monthly (tax-free). Statutory Benefits: IMSS and Infonavit coverage from day one. Bonus Scheme (Significantly increase your income!): $1,000 monthly for hygiene (personal and vehicle). $1,000 monthly for safe driving and customer service. $1,250 WEEKLY extra ($5,000 monthly) for Operational Excellence (flawless performance and work quality). Potential total income: Up to $17,000 net monthly. Key Responsibilities: Efficient Logistics: Delivery of goods, product pickup, and support in purchasing materials in San Luis Potosí and surrounding areas. Asset Care: Keep the vehicle clean and in optimal condition. Always practice defensive driving. Vehicle Operation: Driving ½-ton vans (enclosed van and pickup) with manual transmission. General Support: Willingness to perform tasks related to business growth. Desired Profile: Discipline and Focus: Ability to follow precise instructions and maintain task concentration. We seek someone who understands that attention to detail prevents serious problems. Technological Proficiency: Fluent use of mapping applications (Google Maps, Waze, etc.). Service Mindset: Positive attitude and friendly treatment toward both suppliers and customers. Experience: Proven experience operating light cargo vehicles with standard/manual transmission.
