***MAJOR PERSONNEL TRANSPORTATION COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR A TRANSPORT INSTRUCTOR.*** \_ **REQUIREMENTS** \_ * ***Minimum 3 years of experience as an instructor or in a similar position*** * ***Federal Driver's License*** * ***Understanding of vehicle systems such as engine, brakes, and pneumatic systems, as well as operation of diagnostic tools.*** * ***Knowledge and application of regulations from the Secretariat of Communications and Transportation (SCT) and current traffic laws.*** ***RESPONSIBILITIES*** * ***Develop and implement training programs for operators.*** * ***Prepare teaching materials and inspect the assigned vehicle for practical training sessions.*** * ***Participate in the development of educational materials for awareness campaigns and preventive topics.*** * ***Conduct driving tests*** * ***Monitor operators to ensure they understand proper procedures and routes.*** * ***Identify and correct improper driving practices*** * ***Provide hands-on training to active personnel*** * ***Assist in vehicle operation when needed*** * ***Maintain the assigned vehicle, equipment, and tools used in training in optimal condition.*** * ***Provide practical-technical feedback based on the training program to encourage positive behavior among participants.*** * ***Conduct maneuver practice sessions with active operators*** * ***Perform on-board audits for operators involved in incidents or operational damage.*** Job type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month Work location: On-site
