




Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Support Engineer for a role focused on supporting the IT department, resolving user technical issues, configuring equipment, and managing IT assets. Key Highlights: 1. Providing IT support and resolving technical issues for users. 2. Managing equipment configuration and IT fixed asset administration. 3. Documenting processes, manuals, and executing ISO processes. We seek an IT Support Engineer seeking stability and growth. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide support for tasks related to the IT department. Resolve technical issues reported by users on their personal devices. Resolve issues reported by users across various enterprise applications and ERPs. Report and follow up with application vendors. Support vendors using the company's platform. Configure personal devices as needed. Perform general configurations on personal devices or servers as required by management. Administer IT fixed assets. Document processes and manuals. Execute implemented ISO processes within the department. Backup databases of applications. Server and operational equipment checklists. Maintenance of computing equipment.
