Job stability **Server & Infrastructure Administrator (Windows / VMware / AWS) – English B2 Job Description** We are seeking a Server & Infrastructure Administrator responsible for the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the technology infrastructure, ensuring the availability, security, and stability of critical services. The position requires experience in Windows Server environments, VMware virtualization, participation in cloud migration and operations initiatives (AWS), as well as vulnerability management and operational continuity. Key Responsibilities * Administration and support of Windows servers in production environments * Management of virtualized environments using VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter) * Participation in AWS infrastructure migration and operations projects * Implementation of patches and mitigation of vulnerabilities on servers and infrastructure * Monitoring of server availability, performance, and capacity * Administration of backup and recovery tools * Execution of disaster recovery (DR) tests * Technical documentation of infrastructure and operational procedures * Coordination with global teams and English-language support when required Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Systems, Computer Science, or related field * 2+ years of experience administering Windows servers * Experience administering VMware environments (vSphere / ESXi / vCenter) * Basic or intermediate experience with AWS * Experience in patch management and vulnerability mitigation * Experience with backup tools (Veeam, AWS Backup, or similar) * English level B2 (technical communication capability) Preferred Qualifications * Experience in server migrations to AWS * Knowledge of vulnerability assessment tools (Nessus, Tenable, etc.) * Experience in global corporate environments * Knowledge of automation or scripting (PowerShell) We Offer * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Professional development in an international corporate environment * Participation in infrastructure and cloud projects * Job stability Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $31,000.00 \- $33,000.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible working hours * Grocery vouchers Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have administering Windows servers in production?
