General Job Objective: Analyze and design applications by selecting the architecture best suited to meet the specified requirements, ensuring capacity management, availability, and security of these applications. Serve as liaison with the infrastructure team for resource requests. Design and oversee enterprise application architecture, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and alignment with business needs and technological standards. Responsibilities 1\. Select the platforms and technologies on which the solution to the requirement will be developed. 2\. Design the architecture of all necessary components to fulfill the requirement (architectural proposal). 3\. Validate that the project coordination’s work plan covers all aspects defined in the architectural proposal. 4\. Verify that development timelines are appropriate according to the scope and complexity defined for each component of the solution. 5\. Supervise implementation of the solution to the requirement in accordance with the architectural proposal. 6\. Supervise programmers’ adherence to programming standards based on documents established by the department. 7\. Audit whether solution components comply with security guidelines outlined in OWASP Top 10. 8\. Administer Active Directory applications. 9\. Administer SharePoint sites where documents used or generated during the requirement lifecycle are stored. 10\. Supervise implementation by external vendors of projects using approved technologies, programming languages, frameworks, and methodologies. * Establish application architecture aligned with technological and business strategy. * Define design patterns, standards, and best practices. * Analyze and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools. * Propose improvements and modernization of existing platforms. * Design solutions ensuring scalability, high availability, and performance. * Ensure proper integration between internal and external systems. * Implement security guidelines for applications and data. * Review designs and developments to ensure technical quality. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. Postgraduate studies or certifications in Software or Enterprise Architecture preferred. Knowledge: Development methodologies, interpretation of technical documentation, client-server architectures, layered architectures, Model-View-Controller (MVC), microservices, SOLID principles, enterprise architectures (TOGAF preferred), Active Directory application administration, and SharePoint site administration. * Design and architectural patterns: MVC, Microservices, SOLID, Clean Architecture, and Event-Driven Architecture. * Relational and NoSQL databases. * Cloud and hybrid computing solutions, especially Azure. * Containers and orchestration. * Load balancing, process optimization, and high-availability design. * API management (REST, GraphQL, gRPC); .NET Framework and C\# language. Azure DevOps, Static Code Analysis (SonarQube). Experience: 2 years of technical experience with .NET tools and languages and databases. 2 years of experience participating in architectural decisions, application design, and technical leadership. 2 years of experience participating in architecture definition for complex projects.
