Operational risk management and mitigation in early stages Objective: Execute the quality assurance strategy across technology development projects, ensuring the integrity, security, and high performance of core systems, platforms, and digital tools. Responsible for the technical certification of solutions, mitigating critical operational risks, and ensuring that each software delivery delivers strategic value and operational stability while guaranteeing quality and functionality. Responsibilities: * Establish test plans, acceptance criteria, and methodologies to ensure stability of core systems and digital platforms. 2\. Design and maintain automation frameworks for regression testing, APIs, and critical operational workflows, optimizing delivery timelines. 3\. Develop and maintain scripts (using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress) for regression workflows in systems. 4\. Execute manual & automated tests to identify defects and inconsistencies. 5\. Analyze user stories and epics to define clear acceptance criteria and anticipate risk scenarios. 6\. Document and report identified defects to developers clearly, including steps to reproduce the issue. 7\. Log defects, track progress, and validate fixes in coordination with development teams. 8\. Act as a technical bridge between development and business teams to ensure requirements are translated into clear acceptance criteria. 9\. Ensure new changes do not introduce new defects into existing functionalities. 10\. Document test cases & traceability matrix. 11\. Certify functionality of technological solutions, validating that developments in portals, apps, and internal tools meet business requirements and usability standards. 12\. Manage and mitigate operational risks by identifying potential failures in early development stages to prevent financial or service impacts in production. 13\. Oversee comprehensive test execution, ensuring seamless and error-free communication among the company’s various systems (interfaces and services). 14\. Establish quality metrics and KPIs to evaluate software performance, defect density, and efficiency of continuous improvement processes. 15\. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align quality standards with strategic objectives and the needs of agents and customers. 16\. Serve as a technical reference and mentor, providing guidance to other team members in resolving complex problems and adopting engineering best practices. Required Skills: Education: Systems Engineering degree, Computer Science bachelor’s degree, or related field. Knowledge: Automated testing, automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium), test management (Jira), programming languages (Java, Python, JS), APIs (Postman, SoapUI, or automated API testing), familiarity with agile methodologies, environments (CI/CD knowledge: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps), ISTQB certification. Experience: 3 years as a Quality Assurance Engineer.
