**JOB DESCRIPTION:** Ensure the functionality of information systems and information validation through secure data handling and technical support, in order to provide reliable information for decision-making and achievement of project objectives. **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** 1. Technical degree in computing and informatics, engineering, or technology. 2. One (1) year of work experience. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1. Train staff on the use, operation, and updating of the SARTEC Information System to ensure accurate information capture. 2. Provide technical support for project personnel’s computing equipment and mobile devices to guarantee execution of their activities. 3. Report to the Zone Coordinator the data generated from trapping and diagnostic activities, ensuring such data aligns with actions carried out and outlined in the Work Plan, thereby providing reliable information for operational decision-making. 4. Maintain updated databases to support tracking of project activities. 5. Collaborate closely with Zone Coordinators to ensure process and information consistency. 6. Ensure existence and implementation of procedures that guarantee information backup to prevent data loss and ensure project operational continuity. 7.
