




Position Summary: Monitor vehicle units, respond to tracking alarms, communicate route deviations, report incidents, update trip statuses and platforms, prepare Waybills, issue circulation cards, follow up with customers and operators, manage key control, and comply with ISO 9001 and C-TPAT standards. Key Highlights: 1. Vehicle unit and trip monitoring and tracking. 2. Continuous attention and communication with customers and operators. 3. Compliance with quality and safety standards such as ISO 9001 and C-TPAT. 1\. Vehicle unit monitoring. 2\. Immediate response to tracking alarms. 3\. Communicate any deviation occurring during trips to the logistics leader, logistics assistant, and/or general management. 4\. Report and record any incident occurring during vehicle traffic. 5\. Update trip status according to customer requirements. 6\. Update information on platforms according to customer requirements. 7\. Preparation of Waybills. 8\. Issuance of circulation cards. 9\. Follow up with customers via email, WhatsApp, and/or specific platforms. 10\. Safeguarding and control of key lending and its registration. 11\. Customer service. 12\. Operator support. 13\. Fuel refueling (NON-OPERATIONAL) 14\. Payment of overtime wages to operators. 15\. Compliance with requirements established in the ISO 9001 standard, C\-TPAT, and the Integrated Management System.
