**Job Description** We are seeking a **Human Resources Manager** with solid experience in comprehensive personnel administration, payroll processes, and labor relations. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the strategies and processes that ensure efficient human resources management, a stable work environment, and compliance with current regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise that the company's workforce remains fully staffed in a timely manner. * Coordinate hiring, termination, and transfer processes in internal and external systems. * Ensure correct application of deductions and withholdings. * Guarantee timely delivery of uniforms, personal protective equipment, and other supplies to staff. * Coordinate payroll-related accounting closures and reports. * Propose strategies to improve the organization's work environment, as well as promptly address any issues or needs raised by employees. * Develop career development and onboarding programs, among others. * Maintain personnel records updated and complete. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in leadership roles within Human Resources. * Proficiency in payroll processes, social security, and personnel management. * Experience with payroll management systems and government platforms. * Strong leadership, organizational, and effective communication skills. **We Offer** * Competitive salary. * Statutory and additional benefits. * Stable and professional work environment. * Opportunities for development and growth.
