




Job Summary: Support optimal inventory management, material supply, and delivery tracking to ensure operational continuity. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring accuracy and location of materials in the warehouse **Job Description** ------------------------- Provide support in optimizing inventory levels, material supply, and timely delivery tracking to ensure operational continuity of the business unit. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Responsible for receiving raw materials and production inputs, as well as generating payables for payment. * Responsible for receiving materials and spare parts, as well as generating payables for payment and associated costs. * Responsible for proper storage and location of materials and spare parts. * Responsible for dispatching and unloading production input inventories, as well as reconciling stock levels with Operations. * Responsible for dispatching materials and spare parts and their removal from inventory. * Responsible for rotating inventories, ensuring accuracy and location of materials in the warehouse. * Responsible for maintaining, organizing, and cleaning warehouse facilities and stored materials. * Responsible for shipping materials requested as inter-plant transfers. * Responsible for delivering obsolete materials for disposal. * Responsible for replenishing the self-service area. * Support the warehouse manager in the following activities: * Administration of inventory and spare parts levels * Acting on behalf of the warehouse manager during absences and vacations * Coordinating outsourcing and/or consignment materials * Monitoring Working Capital in Inventories **Job Challenges** -------------------- * Managing material receipt and payable generation for supplier payments. * Managing material availability in the warehouse, as well as its preservation. * Managing delivery of materials required by operational areas. **Required Skills and Knowledge** ------------------------------------------ General: * Engineering or bachelor’s degree * Advanced English Required Experience: * 2\-3 years of work experience in warehouse/inventory-related activities.
