




***CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR*** **Bachelor's degree completed** * 3 years of experience in customer service. ***Responsibilities:*** * Receive, register, and follow up on customer complaints, requests, and dissatisfaction. * Coordinate with other departments within the group to resolve incidents. * Maintain constant communication with the managers of the facilities we serve. * Prepare monthly reports on customer satisfaction and resolved complaints. Implement and manage a tracking system. * Design and administer customer satisfaction surveys. * Organize periodic meetings with customers to review service performance. * Propose operational process improvements based on feedback.
