SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Description

Provide support for in-store operational floor activities by executing operational processes related to sales, merchandise arrangement, and customer service as established by AutoZone, collaborating effectively to meet the assigned store’s operational and commercial performance indicators. * Arrange merchandise on the sales floor, excess inventory, and trucks in compliance with applicable merchandise arrangement guidelines. * Execute correct planograms; * Scan merchandise to fulfill inventory counts; * Perform proper facing and labeling to classify merchandise, and participate in opening and closing tasks as well as cleaning activities on the sales floor to ensure accurate merchandise arrangement and store presentation. * Deliver customer service by clarifying inquiries regarding product location, specific product type information, function, and pricing, thereby providing excellent service reflected in counter sales closures; also handle customer phone calls to address questions about specific products or orders. * Accurately perform cash register transactions using cash or credit/debit cards, and process returns in accordance with cash register payment policies to ensure effective payment collection and sales transaction closure. * Completed high school education * Prior experience as a warehouse associate, cashier, or general assistant. * Prior customer service experience is desirable.
