Position Summary: Supervise the production process, ensure quality and safety, and manage personnel and CNC equipment in the automotive industry. Key Highlights: 1. Operation and assurance of CNC equipment **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the production process to ensure quality, safety, and achievement of daily performance indicators. * Conduct quality audits, process parameter audits, and 5S audits. * Authorize model release and halt production in case of non-conformities. * Ensure proper operation and usage of CNC equipment. * Analyze process data and propose continuous improvement actions. * Supervise personnel, discipline, and attendance. * Maintain up-to-date area documentation. **Education:** * Degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. **Requirements:** * 2 years of experience in the automotive industry. * 1 year of experience operating CNC machines. * Experience supervising personnel. * Knowledge of blueprint interpretation. * Knowledge of cutting tools. * Microsoft Office.
